Do you offer a loyalty card?
Yes, we do. You’ll get it stamped each time you purchase a handmade drink prepared by one of our baristas. When you collect six stamps, your next handmade drink will be on the house or if you decide to continue collecting stamps and reach nine – you get a soufflé on us!
Which So Soufflè Cafè food is suitable for vegetarians or vegans?
You can always find a vegetarian or a vegan option in our food menu. Please consult with a member of staff for recommendations.
What coffee do you use and where does it come from?
The coffee that we use in our stores is launched by UCC Coffee UK & Ireland and it’s called Elevation (ThreeSixty ̊). Elevation is a coffee blend that combines three incredible Arabica coffees from Guatemala (50%), Nicaragua (40%) and Kenya (10%). Elevation is designed for people who are looking for something different from the norm.
I was charged incorrectly and I want a refund.
We apologise for any inadvertent error and inconvenience caused from our side. Please get in touch by emailing us a copy of your receipt and a bit of information about the store you visited, the date (and time) of your visit, and what you ordered. We will get back to you asap.
